Last night I came to have dinner and it was so good that I returned tonight for another great meal. The pasta was delicious and tonight I savored their pizza. The service was even better. This restaurant also has a nice ambiance away from the noisy street. I highly recommend dining here!

Not super authentic, but good when you’re in a pinch and want something familiar. Fair prices, fresh pizza, and worth trying if you’re really craving Italian food.

I’ve been to salento many times over the past years and there are many options to select a place to get a good meal and this is my first time at Tangara and very pleased with the service, the staff, the quality of food and preparation so yes I can wholeheartedly recommend this place! I had the spaghetti with a glass of wine and a starter, all delicious! I will return in fact my hotel is located across the street from the restaurant and am looking at the front entryway as I write this, lovin life in salento!

This place was so delicious we went there twice in our 3-day trip to Solento! We had pasta the first night and pizza the second- all of it was amazing! The restaurant is a little hidden, it has a small pizza and pasta sign outside the door, and is down a little flight of stairs. The atmosphere is cute and we really enjoyed dining there.

A cozy hideaway with some of the best pizza in Salento. Tángara is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but it’s an absolute gem. Tucked away in the basement floor, the atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and perfect for a chilly Salento evening, on the Main Street of the town. The pizza crust here is excellent - crispy but with the right amount of chew. We tried the one with pepperoni, chorizo español, jamon Serrano. The toppings were fresh and generous. It feels much more authentic and personal than the tourist traps on the main square. If you want a quiet, delicious meal away from the crowds, this is the spot.

Yum yum yum. The YUMMIEST pasta I’ve had since being in Colombia. Also the starter was amazing. My boyfriend and I came here 2 days ago, service amazing, staff: LOVELY. Defo come here - should be waaaaaay busier. Defo go here guys xxx

We had diner at this pizza place in Salento. The seats are in a basement and it was not too busy around 7PM. The staff was very friendly to us, we could order quickly and our pizza’s arrived not much later. They were fresh from the oven and the dough was quite good. The pizza’s were fine and quite tasty. The ambience in the restaurant was not very spectacular but if you just want to have a pizza and go about your night this is a good spot.

The pizza was pretty good (for Colombian standards, not European) and the personal size was enough. I liked the house pizza. Staff was friendly and quite fast. Ambiente is in the basement so the smell from the cooking can not really go out. An extractor hood would be great...
